MARICOPA COUNTY (ARIZONA) HEALTH DEPARTMENT HEALTH CARE FOR THE HOMELESS PROGRAM The Maricopa County Health Department's health clinic for homeless people hired The Mary Orton Company to develop an Advisory Board. This included defining the purpose of the Board, nominating prospective members, securing commitments to serve, and facilitating its first meeting.
